OU's won a Cotton Bowl in that time frame as well. I just didn't include it, because it was a 2nd tier bowl that OU goes to after a shitty season.

Yeah A&M beat OU 3 times in the last 15 meetings...perhaps you should look up the word "probably"
and yes, the Big XII sucks, but that doesn't steal from the fact that OU is a better program than anyone in the SEC not named Bama.
The funniest part about A&M, is that they were the same, identical middle-of-the-road nothing in the Big XII as they are now. They just think they're elevated somehow, now that they suck in a better conference.
No matter where you are losing, you'll always be A&M...bless your hearts.

This just doesn't seem smart for the Sooners. Why trade an easy conference schedule and eventual BCS loss to SEC teams for just regular season losses to SEC teams?

Inviting OU means inviting the OU fanbase, which is not good. The state excels at teen pregnancy, bathtub crank, and poverty.
Inviting OU also means inviting the program's ethics, which is also not good. We are getting sweated for not saving Manziel from an NFL meltdown. Joe Money Mixon shatters a girl's jaw on tape and Bob Stoops not only covers for it but gives the guy more reps. Don't get me started on all the shooting, drug-dealing, and rape under Barry Switzer.
