First thing I want is for the SEC to expel Sankey before he bankrupts the conference. I think Sankey's agenda is not in line with the SEC agenda.
If he keeps pushing this thing, the State will eventually sue the conference and that isn't going to be good for anyone.

line. I have no problem with the SEC making them sweat.
Rule 2 is to not be familiar with NCAA rulings and respond to your embarrassment by throwing a hissy fit.
Rule 3 is establishing a position that contradicts yourself in other like circumstances

LSU did exactly what the SEC wanted them to do. The only thing LSU did was question the rules, then a tongue in cheek comment at a halftime interview
This is petty BS

SEC teams get $0 revenue from LSU. We get revenue from the conference distribution and our own ticket sales.
I can assure you it will renegotiated if the SEC loses LSU viewership/bowl games

you don't expel a team for something like this. Just make them ineligible for the conference championship and/or vacate any SEC wins for the season.

It's a drop in the bucket. LSU is not a true national brand and Louisiana is not a large state. You have a very devoted group of local fans but 99% of the eyeballs on your program come from your own state. We still have:
Oklahoma
Alabama
George
Texas
Texas A&M
Tennessee
Florida
...

One institution has flamboyantly shown their asses with a blatant disregard for authority from the highest level down, and that institution is now wondering why it may be under review by said authority?

Florida — 3.13M
And it was a down year.

you realize LSU is one of the bigger brands in the SEC and why the SEC gets the revenue they do from the networks is because of the brands in the SEC. The SEC, by itself, is valueless. It has value because of the teams in it. Voting to expel one of your bigger brands doesn't even make financial sense.

for what? not rostering the players the SEC told them not to roster?

Those are equals in terms of viewership and bowl game revenue.
The others are not

Fall in what line? LSU has repeatedly stated they would abide by the courts and conf rules and has done so.
If they are upset at what he said then fine him, put a gag order on him, or even warn him.

Sanky needs to go
He doesn’t even know the rules of the conference

ATM, Bama, Auburn, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, Arkansas and Missouri will not vote to expel LSU.
I doubt Florida will after our 2 governors talk as well.
I don’t understand some of the AGs getting involved in legal proceedings that haven’t even been adjudicated. That seems more like political postering.
In the SEC there are no innocent and pure members.
Every team that rostered someone that sued the NCAA and later enjoined the SEC and schools had encouragement from at least one team representative.

I just want this to go away. Continuing to play teenage girl slap fighting in public isn't good for anyone. Sankey's job is to protect the image of the conference. LSU didn't roster the players, the response from the league should been to cool the temperatures and tie up any loose ends from behind closed doors.
This is embarrassing.
This is embarrassing.

It is also right behind Oklahoma.
And that was last year when we weren’t even that good.

Espn went nuts Saturday all day. Lsu plays huge games every year. They will want a refund if they lose some of those games.
