I don't get why Trump doesn't just spin up a new Trump for President handle and do all the talking through it. The Court has no say over his campaign and if they tried it would open an entire different can of worms for election interference....

This is the most water I’ve ever seen in Metairie from Something not named Katrina. Cars on the side the road everywhere, canals to the tips. ...
Just out of curiosity because I considered volunteering, how much say over which assignment you get do you have? I’m all for being inside the ropes shot link maybe, but don’t really have an interest being stuck on one hole all day for a week. ...
He’s super knowledgeable, when he teaches he can go one of two directions depending on what you want. He can make it simple or he can start talking about beta axis and negative alpha force to the point where you feel like you are in a geometry class. Guy knows his stuff though. ...
This is good but the idea that you can't even appeal a judgement without getting a bond is insane to me. This goes further than Trump and something that needs to be resolved.
You can appeal without the bond. You cant stop the enforcement action during the appeal without the Bond th...
It’s really too late for the fed to make changes that I’ll have noticeable change. We may see rates tick up or down slightly, but there’s not gonna be enough change were the masses notice big differences. You probably will see an uptick in spending just because it’s tax refund season for a lot of p...

OK, so what does this mean for timing now? I think we all know this case is a waste of time but it could impact the election pre-election. I read it another thread that the defense will be potentially filing motions to require everything Wade did to be redone, which I imagine would add a lot of time...

My guess, even though I hope I’m wrong is that he does not disqualify. However, I think he’s gonna throw Trump’s team a bone and offer an immediate appeal which once again kicks this can three months down the road and kills it pre election ....
Its not an angle, its illegal. Congress explicitly avoided calling her as a witness when they found out it was in Florida to cover her arse. Poor girl gonna end up getting sued. ...
There are a lot of legal experts that think the Court worded their acceptance of the writ in a way that favors a ruling for Trump and/or gave the court the ability to punt the case back to the appellate court effectively killing the case pre-election. The writ reads"
Whether and if so to w...
