Um this is a mainly LSU based forum...so of course LSU will be taljed about more..I personally like LSU for the most part..while I do not agree on all things said by LSU fans....LSU and Florida are very, very similar in CFB programs..from head to head, to draft picks, to heismain winners, to SEC titles, etc...it is insane how close we are in a ton of things.

If by very, very similar, you mean both programs have turned into leech infested pits of bog sludge, then yeah....you nailed it. And of course, both feel that these new coaches are going to turn things around. No reason to think Lane never-won-any-sort-of-championship-in-his-entire-career Kiffin won't flop out at LSU like he did at Tenny and USC.
I'd say Sumrall has a better chance of returning UF to its former glory. I sure hope so...this once proud rivalry is getting a bit drab. The Geikos need to make some kinda showing at the Cocktail party or that game is really going to start losing its fun.

He didn't "flop" at Tenner, he left. And LSU isn't under sanctions like USC was.

I'm going to be honest with ya. I do alot of jabbing at LSU fans on here about ol Lane, because, well...that's what EVERYONE on this cesspool of a forum does. But here's the truth. I really do believe Lane is a great coach with a stellar knack for developing top notch offenses. But here's his problem; he's a strange, goofball that just can't help but do stuff, particularly off the field stuff, that makes everyone raise an eyebrow. If it wasn't for that, he might could actually accomplish something for a change.
