You'll have to submit an application. UTk and AU have the only standing reservations.
But, yes, it has become a fun game that generally has something of note on the line.

The Red River Whatever is not that big of a deal outside of TX and OK. Sorry to break it to you. I can remember making it a must see watch like twice. Honestly, it’s likely not top 10 in all of CFB. It MIGHT be top 5 in the SEC.

Everyone who isn't an OU or Utx fan would agree.
Iron Bowl, Egg Bowl, WLOCP are all easily more interesting rivalries. That puts OU/TX at best #4 in conference.
