OMG, We won the Baseball National Title!!! What a season and ending!

Just speechless! SEC weekly play, 10 series. Its like 10 playoffs. It prepared us. We won it all in our 2nd SEC year. I can’t express how much this came out of nowhere, these kids have achieved something they can carry with the rest of their lives.
Such a massive post season story!
Here’s our complete season I kept up every game. First score is OU. Started off hot then cooled off then the miracle post season. Its so hard to win baseball titles and 2022 we lost but this year we took it all.

I was at the UT series this year in Austin as a neutral fan. If you had told me then y’all would win it all, I would’ve called you crazy. I do recall all the shite talk some UT fans were giving this one OU fan for showing up on Sunday and then suffering the sweep on that dagger of a game. Thinking about that kid today. He got the last laugh.

I’m still speechless. Every time we scored I wanted more lol. Bats were awesome and so was pitching. Skip earned a massive pay raise.

2013 UCLA played the top three TSR teams from 2013 to win their national championship, all top 25 all time:
UNC (4th all time)
LSU (10th all time)
Fullerton (23rd all time)
If Oklahoma wins the championship series in 3, it would overtake UCLA for the hardest championship path.

the thing people forget about the Texas series is OU led in the 9th in 2 of the the 3 games and lost both in extra innings . we got swept but we could have easily won the series

Also, we were down 8-2 vs GT in elimination game and Tocked it off. That was the real springboard.

Congrats. No way to watch the run Oklahoma had and not be incredibly impressed. Everyone on that team stepped up. Even as an ole Miss fan with a team in Omaha, had a lot of fun watching this OU team compete.

Man - they sure were fun to watch, how can you not love college baseball with something like this? Hell of a run! Looked like a great group of kids on that team - and they damn sure didn’t have a cake walk getting there.
Man, it gets so much fun to see a team start to elevate their play, seeing kids who are not destined for ball after college start to play above their ability.
And as much as I claim to hate ole miss- still have to acknowledge how yall won it in 22’ last one in tournament and win the whole thing.
