Let's see Georgia made one Final 4 in the 80s and the Dawgs have something like 7 or 8 NCAA Tournament wins in its history. I'll take Tennessee basketball ALL DAY over Georgia. For the record, in the 162 games played between the two schools, Tennessee leads the all-time series 100-62.

Just beat Bama 10-7 to even the series. 4-1 in the SEC and 21-2 overall. Yeah, it's time to panic.

Tennessee had no more control of their SEC schedule than any other SEC team did their schedule. Texas really got lucky while Florida got screwed. You as a team mainly only control your non-conference schedule. NC State was ranked when the Vols played them. Tennessee can't help the Wolkpack wound up average.

Tennessee actually has 3 Top 25 wins if you factor in the time they played NC State and Oklahoma were ranked when UT played them. I guess they just go by current rankings and not earlier in the season.
