I thought he was a lowly 3 star from Wake Forrest Mississippi State alum, Bill Taylor?
All that shite y’all talked about Fromm and y’all are gonna be begging for him

Honestly, this. It felt weird picking up JT during the off-season, but now super glad we did.

Sorry Dawgs.
This season is gonna suck for a lot of teams, but at least we'll be playing.

Per Pete Thamel:
Source: UGA QB Jamie Newman is opting out of the 2020 season due to COVID-19. He’s expected to begin training for the 2021 NFL draft. Newman transferred to UGA from Wake Forest following the 2019 season.

Arkansas wins.
He’s smart, UGA won’t win nothing anyway. 1980
I've been trying to tell Georgia fans, too: I don't think he's that good, but look at the situation.
New OC.
New OL coach.
4 new Offensive Linemen starting.
Both starting running backs gone.
One Quarterback (walkon) with live reps with Georgia.
Both starting TEs gone.
Changing the entire offensive scheme.
Limited practices to actually work on the scheme.
It's a lot of moving pieces and everyone is trying to learn differing roles while even the coaching staff is shuffling to figure out how things work. It was a waste to go to Georgia for Newman since they're trying to switch things up with a team that wasn't really recruited to play the way their new offensive style is designed.

JT hasn't even been cleared for contact and was just cleared to practice like a week and a half or two weeks ago.
If that's what you think is going to work, I guess more power to you. My money is on Mathis for week one.

I wanna laugh, but i'll refrain.

Would be hilarious if George Pickens opts out due to the QB situation

You do understand that QBs do not have contact this offseason. Even the florida QBs are not getting hit. There is no need to lift a no-contact on players who are not having contact.

You do realize that practice started 2 weeks ago. There is no need to clear a player for practice prior to practice. Daniels has been doing voluntary workouts and skeleton for quite some time.

From what I've read, Newman was in the lead and Daniels and Mathis were neck and neck behind him. Daniels fits the Monken air raid better. But Mathis is the true dual threat and goal line threat as well.
I'm comfortable with Mathis, myself. The fear is decision-making as he hasn't started since high school. From what I've read, decision-making was the knock on Trask and he also had the long hiatus on the field.

Do you just copy/paste this?
I think I saw it from you in previous threads.
Why do you promote the 4 new starting OL? You're better than that (or at least should be).

I hadn’t seen much of Newman but I’ve seen Daniels and I think the kid has the goods. Georgia will be fine if he’s good to go IMO.
