He's the Senate Majority Leader. He's got a bill that should be a slam dunk that even 2/3 of Democrat voters support. If he wanted it passed, he could get it done. It may mean compromise on something else later, but election integrity is an issue NOW and needs to be remedied.
Instead, he acts like he has no power to do a damn thing.

Ole Les ran that with Jarrett Lee at QB v. Florida, IIRC. It may have been the West Virginia game.

Back in the day, LEADERS could get the votes if they wanted. Thune is a stooge wearing the GOP uniform, but he plays for a team that couldn't give a cold shite about what's good for us or the U.S.

Making changes takes time. With the offense consistently going 3-and-out, it was hard to do a damn thing.

As I recall, it took an entire off-season working with VR to make him what he became. He was mediocre most of his first year as a starter.
That said, I don't think our current QB has the talent at WR that the other QB had.

To be Christian, you have to believe that Jesus is God. Muslims do not believe this.
In fact, there are verses in the Koran that command muslims to convert Christians and Jews by the sword if necessary. If Islam was a continuation of what Jesus taught, then muslims would be bound by the 10 commandments, and they would know Jesus is God. They are not and do not. The Koran explicitly states that it is OK to lie, cheat, steal or kill to advance Islam. That is NOTHING like Christianity.
Christianity is about peace - loving your neighbors, praying for your enemies, and trying to live as Jesus taught us to live.
Islam is none of that. Islamophobia is real and for good reason.
