The order expires August 31st before the games happen but they are likely to be extended after the expiration date.

Its not tailgating.

Its a peaceful protest against the opposing team.

So far I think FSU is the only school allowing tailgating.

Texas A&M has not yet decided.

Stop on by baw. You're invited to my tailgate there. In fact anyone is invited except the police unless they want to party too.

In Texas, bars are closed.
If they serve food, they’re allowed to operate at the scaled down restaurant capacity of 50%.

So they won’t be packed.

not the case here. If you serve food you can be open till 130 am. strictly bars are 11-130 depending on where.

This has less to do with mississippi schools than here.

Sounds like Mizzou wont allow tailgating, but will have around 20k at games. Most of those fans, plus other fans and students will pack the bars before the game. Worst case they will all gather in a small area in downtown which is still worse, than tailgating.

Oxford has always has a big house party scene due to the bars closing early, I’m sure it will be crazy with nobody allowed to tailgate on campus

LSU had more than 50% of its season ticket seat holders opt out for 2020. I guess it depends on how many students LSU decides to let in how many we'll allow inside DV. My guess is 30K season ticket holders and 10K students plus 1500 etc. That would be about 40% of capacity.

Especially at a place like Ole Miss where the grove is thousands of people crammed together in a small area.

Yeah, the Grove would be an absolute Covid hotbed. I understand why that wouldn't be allowed.

It was more than that, you started a thread about there not being a Fall season or something close to that. You used stronger words than "significant possibility".

Its all good, you appear to be wrong on all of that but it isn't over yet. Its why I was asking if your viewed changed after that strong stance.

He's just a douche that will always take an easy way out. I don't know that he has an original thought in his head.

Would they agree to let tailgates go on if everyone agreed to wear this CDC approved mask?
