Don't forget the cardio, even if you aren't overweight. Ive lifted all my life (mid 30s now) but recently started cycling too. I feel so much better and sleep quality improved. Just tough to get in 10+ hours of cycling and keep up strength training.

He claims to have run at least a mile for over 2000 days. I can't imagine how terrible his diet is. Maybe he saw the Katrina aftermath and BR flood on TV and thought that he needed an on board floatation device.

Diet,stress,poor sleeping habits and lack of strength training probably. It happens fast when those 4 things are all in the red.
