You know this is a different trial, right?

Will Wade will also be there in person, not on a recording. You realize his testimony will likely be admissible, right?

Either way, even if for some reason it's not admissible, he will still have to testify and the NCAA can use that regardless of what the judge decides.

FBI working with NCAA

In the article you posted
quote:

The FBI hasn't "dumped all their files" at the NCAA office in Indianapolis yet, he said.

And if you actually read the article instead of just the headline, the schools being discussed are Kansas, NC State, and Louisville.

I do. You know it's the same defendants right? The first trial was for fraud. This was for bribery. They are not charged with attempting to bribe Will Wade.

If their questioning of Wade is deemed relevant. If not, no.

If the questions are deemed irrelevant and inadmissible, he won't have to answer the questions numb nuts. There is no way you're a lawyer

Keep up the good fight.

I’m glad Cal’s name was never brought up...but Wade’s was.

False. You also asked how long I've been practicing. The more info you get, the more likely you're just trying to find out who I am. That's against the site's policies, I do believe. So please do not ask.

Also, could be considered cyber-stalking if you don't stop.

But keep on believing you and several others are not doing so.

Poor ole Mike. Cannot get over losing to LSU in Rupp 73-71.

But keep on hoping that somehow an FBI investigation into agent behavior will cause LSU to get NCAA violations.

I have mentioned this numerous times. Some of you are obviously dense.

The president of the NCAA is Mark Emmert. Mark Emmert is LSU's former chancellor that played a critical role in creating no only the the LSU athletic department we LSU fans enjoy today but also one of the best (most strict) compliance departments in the NCAA.

Emmert will NEVER...bring the hammer down on the program he helped build and remains so fond of.

Thanks for playing.

Yeah. That's ethical. Also sounds like wishful thinking.

Funny that article only mentions NC St, Louisville and Kansas as the teams with pending infractions.

LSU is fricked. They made the same mistake Ole Miss did...they challenged and beat a protected blue blood program.

OM did it in football with Alabama.

LSU did it with UK.

You’re supposed to know your place and LSU thought they could challenge the status quo. They were wrong and will pay dearly for it.

At least UT was smart enough to step aside and let UK beat them soundly

You realize the FBI have other taps with Wade discussing other players. That conversation with that particular player was only brought up in the trail.

With that conversation being so vague it was thrown out by the judge, and them having so much (other) evidence as you so claim, why present the 1 thing they probably knew would get thrown out as nothing specific was said? Why not present hard evidence of him obviously making a deal for someone? Did you stop to think about that?
