Former Kentucky wide receiver Shamar Porter announced his commitment to UConn over the weekend.
The former four-star prospect from Nashville, Tenn., was one of the No. 29 wide receiver in the country and No. 5 in Tennessee coming out of Ensworth High School.
Porter will have four years of eligibility remaining at UConn.
