I’m not sure what happened with the USC center fielder there. Looks like he lost track of where he was.

Weak effort by the outfielder and weak effort on the in-play foul ball right before that. Both USC fielders played scared of the wall, really scared of the wall. And I think it cost them the game.

That foul ball was so much harder for the 3rd baseman to get given he was backpedaling.

Why the frick was he playing so shallow too? And he was slow af for a center fielder. Got scared he was gonna hit the wall and slid.
