Things really came together at the right time. I think most of us had some real doubts at various points in the season.

Congrat's to Bama and Oklahoma!

Thanks bigD! That's the best laid out bracket I've seen so far.
And thanks for the posts all season long. Your post is always my go to for what's happening in SEC baseball for the day. And I know it takes a lot of time and effort. Much appreciated!

Well I for one can verify I had given them up for dead late in the season! Will gladly eat crow.

Troy is the only outlier in the group.
The rest are States:
Alabama
Georgia
Mississippi
North Carolina
Oklahoma
Texas
West Virginia
Tough for a first time entrant to win so
that takes out Troy & WV.
Favorites are OM, TX & GA.
Dark horses OK & NC
AL will give good accounting of themselves but IMO are not a threat to win it all.

Hanging on to us in this list is like Kayce Smith trying to convince Portnoy that A&M is Texas equal.

I mean I didn't post anything false. OU double you up in football Nattys. But you got that Cheezits win.

This never gets old as a reminder of how Aggies truly think and are lied to.
Texas has its own big 3 sport natty issues no doubt but in every sport, comprehensive academics, etc. Texas and atm are not in the same ballpark.
It isn't arrogance or ego either, I readily admit we are overrated by the media and have underachieved in football

Happy that Alabama decided to rejoin the CWS fray in this century. Growing up, they were a regular threat in the playoffs and never thought it would go downhill as far as it did before hitting rock bottom with the head coach betting against our guys.

Watched Texas vs Tide a couple times now... sadly I was too young to care about baseball let alone college baseball back then but man would've been fun.
Nolan Ryan was the man who roped me in but it was probably 1984 when I finally took the bait and got the itch.
1986 was definitely the soul crusher year and that was when I learned about 1980 and how it was even worse (for Houston that is)
