Auburn's 2004 backfield went on to be drafted #2, #5, and #25 overall in the 2005 NFL Draft....
There was definitely some preseason Heisman hype for both Ronny Brown and Carnell Williams, but they split so many carries neither finished very high in the Heisman voting. Campbell finished 7th or so in the Heisman voting if I remember correctly.

Technically every team in history has had two (or more) Heisman candidates in their backfield in the preseason.

Harvin didn't get the Heisman votes to be on stage he should have got due to Tebow and because they limited his touches some. I wonder how many QB/WR combos in college football both ended up top 5 in the voting. Might look that one up. I guess Harvin was like a combo WR/RB with how he was used.

Maybe not all Heisman candidates, but Georgia's 2014 backfield had Todd Gurley, Nick Chubb, Sony Michel, & Keith Marshall

UGA had 11 all at the same time. But they were all named Herschel Walker.

Billy Cannon (Heisman) and Johnny Robinson (NFL Hall of Fame) was a pretty strong backfield combo.
And when Cannon and Robinson were sophomores (1957) another NFL Hall of Famer was in the backfield, Jimmy Taylor. Not a bad threesome.

For OU... in 1971... Greg Pruitt and Jack Mildren came in 3rd and 6th. Probably the highest OU combo besides White and Peterson.
I don't think the other pairs/trios you mentioned were all top ten vote getters in the same season.
