Where do you see that? No one says that.

They make stuff up. When they get called out on it, they get upset. This thread demonstrates as much.

Should make for a lovely cup.

One can never have enough cups.

Is this another “just wait until next year” thread?

Was this topic important enough to start a thread about???? Nobody cares

It's incredible he goes back to 2000 for AM and not Auburn
Tuberville rarely had top classes

Let’s see what Jimbo does with this new surge of talent.
The game has changed. Jimbo needs to change his offense and find a better qb than Mond. The college game is going more of the way of the NFL. It's a qb driven league. Look at the teams in the playoffs. Mond is your Danny Etling. Nice bus driver qb's that are easy to root for. Bus driver qb's though, don't win titles anymore.

You sound like Georgia fans talking about Kirby’s recruiting.
Jumbo at FSU had mixed results with his Top 5 classes. Some great and some not so great. A&M needs to consistently develop their players as well as Auburn and Clemson to compete in the West.

Not that mixed. Some great, most very, very good, one that barely made a bowl.

quote:Well the 2013 had 8-5, 8-5, 8-5 and 7-6 records over their 4 years...the 2014 adds the 2018 at 9-4....so what's you point there ? It seems under performing to me. You think that matched their recruit ranking ?
You don't remember what happened to the 2013 and 2014 classes, do you?

Just as I thought. You don't know what the hell you're talking about. The 2013 class barely have anyone left. Same with the 2014 class.
Remember a guy named Isaiah Golden? Do you remember a couple of guys named Kyle Allen and Kyler Murray?
it's not your fault that you don't know what the frick you're talking about. I'll let you slide.

The SEC talent level and depth of teams is just absurd. You have the 4th best team in the West recruiting at a top 5 level the last two years. That's what other conferences don't understand. In any other conference your #4 team in a division is Purdue, Arizona, or Boston College.

One of the problems with judging Texas talent is that, a lot of times, Texas talent is overrated.
I don't know why that is. I used to think it was because of how much influence Bobby Burton had in rating Texas talent .... he was a horrible judge of talent. But I'm not sure now.
I know Texas produces some great OLinemen and occasionally a great RB or a really good QB, etc., .... and they always have a ton of kids go D1 because of their sheer numbers.
But follow the really highly rated Texas HS players and unless they are OLinemen they almost always seem to be overrated.

One day...yes one day....you will actually openly question the stupid comments your Aggie brethren spout. Until then you are just another dumb Aggie since all you do is defend stupidity. I call out my own constantly. Think about it.
