Calzada forgets he has legs, state wins by 14.

No, as Aggies the objective is always to see how many weeks we can go and still think we have a chance. Championships are totally out of the question until we prove otherwise.

As much as my heart is rooting for State, my head says we need A&M to at least not suck

So I guess it's a win win for me either way.

My prediction is State though.

How leach did against RC isn’t relevant. Thanks.

Sure it is.. it means that he knows how to win @ Kyle Field with less talent.

There’s going to be a pretty solid melt on the loser’s side.

Back in those days I feared playing Leach no matter how Tech was playing that year.

We are just at the mercy of an inexperienced QB play right now. And some boneheaded breakdowns.

Several plays, if simply executed properly, would have made a gigantic difference.

The pick Rogers threw on the sideline in the first half was terrible as 1: he threw into double coverage and 2: He had the slot receiver broke away and would have scored 6 if he hit him.

Missed a FG

Stupid special teams play on the 15 yarder

And several others.

If we can simply clean up the basic stuff… that could be a 14 point difference.

State is good enough to play a lot of teams close but I don't know if they are good enough to win many of these kind of games right now. Just too mistake prone at the moment.

I'll pick A&M to win by a touchdown but will also say that if State plays a clean game they have a legit chance to win. State's OL was a disaster in Week 1 but has been playing a lot better lately, Rogers is not going to blow you away but he's decent, and defensively State is prone to a big play here and there but they don't allow many long, sustained drives.

We shouldn’t win which means we have a chance. I hope our guys are pissed about the past two weeks. They need to let their balls drop and start playing a full game.

Shooting from the hip here but I’m pretty sure we didn’t have better talent at A&M when tech went on that run against us. They had some studs rotate through. Either way. Different era, different staff, different university (for Leech), different culture, and different stadium entirely. Win or lose, The history of the A&M/tech series is absolutely irrelevant here.

Leach will get someone just wait and see. He’s good for one upset a year and a bunch of head scratching losses.
