They're looking to come up with their own version of Dabo, it won't work, former Belichick guys don't do very well on their own, a lot of them fail without Belichick's shady methods to cover for them

Look, I question both the firing and the timing of firing of Moorhead. Mississippi State is not going to poach a big name coach from a P5 school like other SEC schools can, so we have to take chances.
If Napier isn't available, I'd assume take a chance on Judge than go with a retread. If Judge goes 4-8 for a couple of years, so be it. That's what most people think we were looking at with Moorhead anyway.
