Pittman is a home run compared to Judge

If we’re being honest though, the hires that everybody is like “wtf?” about turn out pretty well.

Moorhead: “great hire!”- failed miserably
Mullen- “meh”- turned out great
Croom- “he should be solid”- awful
Sherrill- “retread, past his prime” - won division titles and was great at State

He’s considered one of the top young coaches in the NFL. Saban and Bellichek both think highly of him.

It’s a gamble. But he will definitely win and unite the fan base, which is something that has to happen.

Billema as defensive coordinator seems to have smoke. Feld as strength coach. Those are two good hires at those positions.

Barry Odom was a Mizzou guy and he failed. Now this time Mizzou got a better head coach.

Who has never been anything other than an assistant on STs.

ANC, come on.... I count you and Cdawg as rational. You know this was a major F up and that if this gamble does not work, You are in the hole for years!

And your fans just proved that they will not allow a coach more than 2 years to learn at MS St.

Go surf your boards. People are slightly pissed right now. This time, rightfully so.

Was already done under Moorhead. That change was being made.

The two guys in the national championship are position coaches who have never been OCs or DCs
?? Dab has never been anything other than a position coach? O has never been anything other than a position coach?

Coach O was a head coach for Mississippi! Also interim head coach for USC and LSU! Also a good recruiter!

We heard the same thing about Pittman. Look at his staff.

Pittman is a career college guy. He has built relationships in the college game. Judge doesn't resemble that in any form or fashion.

Also have no connection to Gus!

Pittman is old as dirt and has made many inroads with people.
AND HE is still a gamble

I guess you did not see football and Drinkwitz is by far better than Odom will be! He knows how to win games! That is key and You got to be kidding you do not know that he did well in his one year as HC and very good when he was an OC at NSU. He never failed at any where he coached at. Also a good recruiter that Barry Odom failed to do at Mizzou.

Really? How you know Mizzou new head coach is going to show Arkansas how much better he is as a head coach and his new offense that Barry Odom could not get it going at Mizzou?! You are dreaming! Dream all you want but Mizzou will continue to beat Arkansas! The AD did not hired this guy to do the same or worst than Barry Odom!

I already told your meth-addled shite-smearin' arse; Arkansas won't ever lose to Mizzou this decade.
