The egg bowl as of recent has been a hell of a rivalry. Players mocking dogs pissing in endzones. A benches clearing brawl where every player on the field received an unsportsmanlike penalty. Coaches calling AD’s POS and being forced to have a meeting to clean the rivalry up. It goes way past the football field though and deep into recruiting. Nothing ever comes of the egg bowl. There are really no conference title implications and most are watching the nfl on thanksgiving outside of the state of Mississippi but it’s top 3 no matter what

So that Florida posters opinion verifies your opinion?.... Is that how this works? You hate UGA fans? Grow a set you vagina and quit your crying I’m willing to bet that you never contributed to Alabama beating Uga once...talking like you own it but didn’t even participate..is that an Alabama fan thing? Omg Alabama fans are the WOAT...”sad face”

Actively cracking up.

(1) Yeah, Georgia's win shite/talk shite ratio is laughably disproportionate to anyone else's in the conference. I take great joy in watching UGA's fanbase stab themselves in the chest every fall. The whole, "When you win, say little, when you lose, say less" adage is not only lost, but never seen with the Dawgs.

(2) Thinking grown men barking is ridiculous doesn't make me a vagina, it makes me a reasonable human. It's again, hysterical to watch a 40 year old bark in a kid's face, then have to pack up the wagon when their group of teenagers don't pass mustard.

(3) I contributed to Alabama's victory's against Georgia as much as most on here. Attended the University, pay dues to the athletic department (and business school), and during a home-game, make noise when the defense is on the field. Unless you personally played for Georgia during a victory against Alabama, what is your point?

(4) In-state rivalries are often more heated. Half my family is from the state of Florida, and I can attest that, in my shortly under 3 decades of life, FSU and UF hate each other more.

Auburn is Alabama's most traditional rivalry, and I enjoy it. Kick-Six got me ruffled, but as a whole, my AU friends were all pretty good natured about it.

TBQH, most were pulling for us in the '17 natty. Apparently getting barked at by 50 year olds that went to Georgia Southern, wearing a red & black packers polo at the SECCG wasn't their favorite either. Glad Tua and the boys could return the favor

Clemson-South Carolina isn’t talked about a lot nationally, but I can’t think of two fan bases that genuinely hate each other more than those two.

Alabama-Auburn is the only one that’s close.

Honorable mentions to Georgia-Florida and Ohio State-Michigan.

I was wrong
Your not a vagina
You’re young and
You’re a snowflake...get over it
Barking men ..did any of them bite you??!!....and your shite talk ratio theory is about as foolproof as how you were previously validating your opinion...huh....i mean this occurs in all fan bases..
Let me tell you how pleasant Alabama fans are...they are all so very modest and well educated ...I mean it’s soo obvious
Or is it that?
“Most of them live in trailers”...I mean I could be inclined To believe this because I’ve been told that..

“My point” is you directly referenced “you beating Uga” ..that’s not a grammatical error that’s your inner ego texting for you ..yeah I too...contribute a significant amount of money to Uga and have done so for some time but I don’t take credit for anything the football team does...blah blah blah
By the way
Uf and FSU hating one another more lends no credit/proof to UF not hating UGA ..apples in one hand oranges in the other... go look at a Florida board and get back with me...most of the 40 and above crowd down here despise Uga
I disagree with you and all of my peers disagree with you...I’m gonna leave it at that...

As a general rule, I would agree with you that non-alumni fans are generally more insufferable than those that actually attended, across the board. I don't see eye-to-eye with a lot of folks who call themselves Alabama fans. Do they all live in trailer parks? No. I'm sure some of them do, though. Nothing wrong with it, either.

As for the barking, you do you, bro. No they didn't bite. They didn't win, either.

Young? Sure. Snowflake? I mean, I get your likely a big Alex Jones guy, but let's be more creative. I prefer clever, and educated.

As to the original argument, sure. Take your local group's word for it. But, as a matter of precedent, the UF-FSU game generates the most amount of local media attention, and across a several decade spread, TV ratings in the state, as compared to the cocktail party. The interest is clearly there.

Until you can quantify past "my buddies in Florida who live with me, that I swear exist, say they hate UGA more, but trust me you don't know them because they're 40 and above," I'll just take your word for it.

Woof, Woof!

My choices in schools were SMU, UCLA, Alabama, and Wake Forest. Alabama gave me a tidy scholarship offer, much like they do for others in major metro areas around the south. (Think the University is ~70% OOS now?).

Amazing to see the academic resumes from Bach up school attendees.

Not sure what you mean exactly, but....right now, the most "hated" (heated) rivalry in the nation is, I believe, UGA-Florida. If not the country, it definitely is within the SEC. These two can't stand each other.

As for a rivalry that I can't stand...Alabama & Auburn...two bumpkins trying to prove whose trailer park looks the best.

I think the in state rivalries tend have more hate, especially when recruiting issues are there.

Honestly, I think the stuff that happened between Miss State and Ole Miss might move them up in terms of sheer hate, if not relevance.

And in general, I think you are probably around more rival fanbases within the state.

I am pretty sure GA fans hate GT and Florida fans hate FSU quite a bit as well.

Visceral hate is probably Clemson/USC or State/Ole Miss, at least in the South.
