My pick is Ole Miss and Bama. It will be interesting to see how Bama's offense does early in the year and if Ole Miss can beat them three years in a row.

Looking forward to UT - Florida and UT - Bama because I think the Vols win both games.

Georgia-Florida SEEMS like it should be one. Has the neutral site, accomplished programs, and still has highly-ranked teams (even if neither is cruising at "elite" levels right now). It even has that cool name.

It just doesn't really resonate, though, at least not with me. Doesn't strike me as having the state pride factor and high-stakes history that the Texas-OU game does. You have to give credit where credit is due, and that game is one of the best.

Am I just too removed from the East, or do others see this, too?

Florida vs. LSU

And it's all because of this game right here

Still one of the best football games i've ever watched became a huge fan of Jacob Hester after this one

Overall?

Army-Navy and it isn't close.

SEC?

Either Florida-Georgia or Auburn-Georgia.

Texas-Oklahoma is relegated to FS1 this year. And I'm pretty sure it was an 11:00 am kickoff last year. Take a lap, son.

I think Florida vs Georgia suffers from the same thing as Bama vs Tennessee. One team is usually much higher ranked than the other. On the occasion that they are both highly ranked it is one of the most electric atmosphere in all of college football. And you won't find a nastier game. Although I think that may start to change now that Richt is out. When it was Richt vs Urban, this game was nasty.

Also Texas and OU are the clear class of the conference. The SEC has a bunch of programs that all compete and UF nor Georgia is clearly ahead of all the others.

Lately it has been South Carolina vs whoever in their opener...simply because they play on Thursday and it means the start of football season.

When I was growing up it was Tennessee vs. Alabama, mostly because I had family members in both states who were big fans of the programs.
