Georgia Southern over Florida

That game had UF players blocking each other. Truly a classic.

Thank you Muschamp

Crazy thing is that wasn't even a good Georgia Southern team. They went 7-4 and lost to Wofford, Samford and Furman.

Not quite a loss but UGA has the most embarrassing win: Nicholls

The 21-0 loss to Southern Miss in 2000 was worse than the UCF loss. Worst game I have ever seen Bama play.

Came to post this. Worst "effort" I've ever seen an Alabama team put forth.

Auburn needed a last minute TD to force OT against JSU.

What’s crazy about Troy is two other times we barely escaped with a win. We were bound to drop one at some point and I don’t know why we kept scheduling them

Since I'm a UGA fan, we'll limit this to 1980-Present.

Was that worse than losing to 5-7 Colorado team in 2010? That Boise State team finished in the top 10. Colorado lost to Kansas that year.

San Jose St. was, by far, the worst loss in program history.

Won in OT. Trailed with like 2 minutes to play.

Miami Ohio upset LSU back in the 80's when LSU was highly ranked
I was at this game. What a miserable game it was. We would drive the ball right down the field with ease over and over, and fumble it away just short of scoring in the rain and slop.

I know you said exclude A&M in the big 12, but watching 2008 Arkansas St in person was painful as anything. Kicked off the Sherman era.

Alabama went through about a 10-year period where they lost to Lousiana Tech twice, Northern Illinois, Louisiana-Monroe, Southern Miss, Hawaii, and UCF... the old 1990s UCF, not UCF today.

It's honestly unreal to even fathom a program like Alabama losing all those games.

The NCAA fricking hammered Alabama during that time. But Bama still found a way to win a National Championship during the 1990's so we'll always have that arse kicking vs Miami and walking Bourbon Street calling GINOOOOOO.

- 2000 UCF (Bama went 3-9)
- 2003 Northern Illinois (Bama went 4-9)
- 2003 Hawaii (Bama went 4-9)
But there's no way Bama could possibly drop off after Saban.

(1) Program is better than it was in 1996
(2) We aren't currently looking at crippling probation, led alone 2 of them in 7 years
(3) We probably won't hire Mike Dubose

But other than that, yes, lots of parallels. We'll be back to 4-8 in no time Rabern!
