re: CK's family filed a motion for all exhibits in the Robinson hearing to be made public

The video will be shown in court today with some editing, unless the judge changes his mind.
I’ve been watching Ryan Mullaly’s coverage on YouTube. He describes the judge as very cautious as to not allow room for appeal. It’s important that this won’t adversely impact the jury before trial to remove that possibility.
The judge did request they file a motion for this as you said, but the evidence might not be necessary for a conviction. The judge might make the more cautious decision here.

This is all in the same vein as MAID. Anti-natalism bears its fruit.

Of he’s talking about replacing the current 401k etc system with superannuation that is a good idea. This essentially takes the employer out of it other than making a matching contribution. They no longer have to offer a retirement plan to employees and deal with the potential litigation that comes with that. This would allow individuals to establish accounts at any one of a variety of platforms and choose from a wide variety of investments on the platform. This would be a win for employers and employees.
So, essentially deregulation in a way similar to school choice. I’d be able to make the same contributions to a retirement plan. Those plans are already heavily scrutinized by the state, but now I can go directly to financial institutions instead of having to go through my employer.
That at least sounds like an improvement. The question is how the transition would happen as now we would need new systems to withhold the pretax contributions from our paychecks. How we handle that could make or break.

Let’s assume this is politically motivated. Hasn’t the other side been doing this exact same thing, even in this case? I doubt Sparkle was not politically motivated.

That is true. I think part of defeating them is to show how ludicrous their ideas are. It has been proven over and over that it does not work.
It’s two-fold. We need to show their ideas are ridiculous is the easy part, but we need a viable alternative. We need to not be weak and disorganized. That’s the hard part. If we were winning and showing progress, this communist wave would die off.

I’m going to be honest, it won’t be very funny if they gain power and start utilizing the force of the state. Imagine those dumb ideas running our country.

Let’s just say no one has openly run on communism, that doesn’t actually disprove anything. If Hitler didn’t call himself a fascist, would he be a fascist? If Lenin didn’t call himself a communist, would he be a communist?

TBH, there is only one justice that really deserves to be impeached no matter how partisan or bad some of their arguments are. It’s KBJ.
The others are at least practicing law. They at least need an argument. Granted I don’t agree with a lot of them, such as the BRC case. That doesn’t mean we should just impeach them all.
