Your telling me, if the son of Rob Reiner decided to do a keto style diet he would not have killed both of his elite hollywood parents.

That’s a non-sequitur.

Regardless, there has been many studies in gut-biome health that illustrate how your mental state is heavily impacted by your diet. Things like ADHD are basically cured by just changing diet in some cases.

Why do you deny the science? Trust the experts.

You can keep it if I can get an elective amputation. I’m against elective amputation.

Pretty sure we are all sinners. She just needs to repent and quit sinning

You make that sound easy. Repentance for something like this is something most people are incapable of. Not just because of the act of repentance, but the state you’re in when you commit these types of deeds.
I had no idea that dude died after release. I remember the media fear mongering about extremists then though.

Christians are to love everyone, including their enemies. We are to forgive enemies if they repent, and pray for them regardless. Empathy is a good thing. Jesus has it for us and we are to have it for other human beings, image-bearers of God.

Forgiveness and empathy are good things, but repentance is continuously downplayed. Repentance is an action that for Christians lasts a lifetime. If a true follower of Christ committed murder, how would they repent?

And if you’re against it, you’re the problem.
The flood of actual stats pointing to fraud in all forms of government subsidies is finally breaking containment. What has been screamed by the politically informed is finally reaching the unengaged water table.

I’m for letting this one play out before deciding that it’s automatically a horrible idea. See what’s in the fine print details.

This is where I am. Overall, investing in real estate should be something allowed. I mean, Trump himself is a RE mogul.

We are theoretically targeting one particular style of RE acquisition. How do you deal with that without fine print loopholes and collateral? No apparent simple solution

I have no hope for anything to change.

Your problem is that things are not being done enough or are not fast enough. I agree with you. However, Trump is not prepared to do those things in the way they need to be done. Vance looks better, but not 100% on that.

The party is moving in that direction, and as we cut these life long RINO’s out of the party we will start to see more movements. Focus local, and triangulate. We have to unscrew what the communists have screwed.

It’s easy to blackpill if you look at where we are, but this didn’t happen in a day. It took a long time, and it will take a long time to get out.

Don't large most homebuilders own the house till they sell it. Also, a large NYC high-rise is full of single family residences. Does he mean single-family detached residents. How do you define that, devil is in the details. So Trump says any corporation can't own more than 100 single-family homes. Democrat president gets elected and changes the limit to 5 or 10, I know there are people here who own multiple rental properties. Slippy slope, when does it stop?

You could restrict total acquisitions over time periods, and not count new-builds in the same manner or at all. Probably with a caveat that property bought for reconstruction (aka the buildings will come down) not being counted the same. Not to say that regulations are my favorite.

The overall problem isn’t the incremental acquisition of properties, but the massive increase in acquisition over a set of time, typically in certain localized areas.

If I buy and restrict the homes in one city, I can balloon the prices of houses there if I can ride out the market until I’m ready to liquidate. This is market manipulation to lots people, which is why we point fingers at the large equity firms like black rock.

So are we done pretending this was about drugs?

The Casus Belli strikes again!

Drugs were a problem though.
You aren’t blackpilled. Blackpilled means you have no hope for anything to change. However, things are changing, we just have so much wrong. I’m just as disgusted as you about all of the same things.

Exactly. We took Afghanistan and Iraq with virtually no losses. Both affairs went flawlessly.

TBF we didn’t try and take their oil. We tried to “nation build.” If we actually took their oil, it wouldn’t have been such a disaster.
