Media days are a waste of time. The quote is cringe, as is everything about that hire. What's relevant is that his ceiling with that schedule is 2 wins - and the Tulsa win is not guaranteed. There's a significant talent deficit with 11 of the teams on the schedule. Combine that with a deficit in coaching ability, and this program is looking at yet another wasted year.

Yeah, but most of those were recruiting their wife before making D1 HC money.
Didn't he divorce wife 1 and marry the younger wife 2 while already in the Memphis HC seat? Easier to recruit with much more money in the bank.
