Yes

Another thing that hurts yall is yall arent heavily geared to STEM majors like other schools, causing your grads to not make as much money which is a big factor in these rankings

First, the OOS tuition is probably lower than some state's in state tuition.

I doubt that - OOS tuition is $28K a year. I can't imagine anyone charges $28k a year for an instate public school.

Second, a large number of OOS students are here in part for receiving a scholarship.
Are these tuition rates including these facts?

Scholarships are individual offsets. I don't know if they are used in all this, but they wouldn't effect tuition figures. They might effect overall pist grad debt calculations.

but their philosophy of being over 50% out of state (ridiculous for a flagship public university)

Have you seen campus lately? Nice new dorms, nice new academic buildings, nice new greek houses, off campus real estate booming. Out of state money is where that comes from. The residents of Alabama have no room to complain about that percentage. Its not like any less kids from Alabama are being admitted.

I was one of the out of state students, that doesn't insult me at all

The administration runs the school like a business and it is paying off big time.

You're right. One of these is not like the other. A&M would whip the shite out of an All-Star team made up of Rice, Penn, Yale, Harvard, & Vandy.

This was a very subtle troll. Congrats. I was of course pleased to see that Texas A&M was at the top, but soon realized it wasn't about A&M or even LSU. It was about Alabama at #14. Well done!
