List is really shite. Harvard?, Yal?e and Cal-Tech are outside the Top 10? Plus, 4 of top 5 are in California. Pretty biased.

And what the frick does this got to do with how good a University is if it is ranking the "best". Just another example of bullshite statistical use. But hey congrats Aggies.

It’s also based on income and debt. Sorry for advancing people up the social ladder while your students rub their fecal matter all over their safe spaces

That list is very weird. I get the point, but I doubt people would say the top 10 is anywhere near a top 10 for best schools.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic, but, according to US News and World Report:

1. Princeton University - #1

2. University of California-San Diego - #42

3. University of California-Irvine - #42

4. University of California-Los Angeles - #21

5. Stanford University - #5

6. Massachusetts Institute of Technology - #5

7. University of California-Berkeley - #21

8. CUNY Bernard M Baruch College - #20

9. University of Michigan-Ann Arbor - #28

10. University of Virginia-Main Campus - #25

Only Cal San Diego and Cal Irvine are not "near" the top 10, but they are top 50.

Also that graph is a little old.

The newest PayScale Report for "Mid Career Pay"

1. Vanderbilt - $116,000
2. Texas A&M - $112,400
3. Auburn - $99,500
4. LSU - $98,800
5. Florida - $97,800
6. Georgia - $97,300
7. Missouri - $95,700
8. Arkansas $92,300
9. Kentucky - $91,700
10. Alabama - $90,900
11. Tennessee - $89,500
12. Mississippi State - $89,100
13. Ole Miss - $85,300
14. South Carolina - $84,700

I am sure some will disagree, but this ranking has more to do with location than it does what college you went to. The top ones are where the jobs are - either big cities or where there is a ton of industry. A&M grads get Houston jobs, which tend to have a higher ladder to climb than whatever the hell people do in Kentucky. If A&M was in eastern Wyoming, it would be last on the list. I have and I'm sure many others hired a ton of people over the years, and I don't give two craps about where they got the paper from. Where you got your degree matters in maybe 1% of industries. Past that it's how you did in the interview, your experience, and how you did at whatever school you went to (with this last one counting a lot less than the other 2).

Many of these universities that have lower paid alums are good schools. But as Trump might say, they are located in shithole states.
