Competitive balance dictates an even split of the Big 6. Trading Auburn for Mizzou would make the East much tougher, especially when Bama cycles back down a bit.
Of course, Tennessee being dog shite and having a legitimate chance to not ever fully recover complicates this.
That's why swapping Tenner and Auburn would make the most sense for competitive balance, but it makes no sense geographically.
The best we are going to get as a combination of the two is actually what we currently have

If you talk to the commish just have him terminate the Bama vs Tenn yearly October game, switch around some of these other rivalry games like the LOCP and convince UGA, Florida, USC and Kentucky to play their in state rival early in the season and we could actually switch the teams from the east and west to make sense
