I don't know. He won't say. Is that supposed to be similar in any way to asking Miller if he saw an awful text (that he clearly did) before he finished bringing somebody's gun to an eventual murder?

Seems like something you'd want to report to law enforcement.

You’re telling me you’ve never brought your buddy a gun past midnight and got your car shot at? Happens all the time to me

Instead of just saying it's dumb please post what makes it dumb, so we can prove whether or not it's you that's dumb.

You know this for a fact? As well as, you know for a fact, he knew the gun was in his car. Because the ADA has that information as well, along with a lot of video evidence and didn't bring ONE SINGLE charge.

Just don't bring up the word moral, when you're talking to the morality of another program when you have Freeze as HC.

My issue is not whether he committed an actual crime or not. There appears to be no discipline within the Alabama program. I would suspect most programs have rules about carrying guns. At the least, he should be suspended for his role whether intentional or not. I think most people are upset over this entire thing because of that. Doesnt matter whether he knew the gun was there or not. As the owner and driver of his vehicle, he is responsible for all items in that car.

A 20 year old mental midget going to pick up his wannabe gangster buddies at a crowded hotspot around 1:30am just kept his eyes on the road like a good boy. He most likely did see the text, which means at a minimum he knew then there was stuff in his car. And nobody's even trying to claim their morals are better than turd hypocrites. You thought you were teflon there for a bit, huh? The shoe is merely on the other foot, and it's funny.

So do you ask everybody that gets into your car if they are carrying or have anything illegal?

I have asked that of some people I know regularly carry drugs and of some people who carry guns. I would allow the latter but it’s good to know they’re carrying.

Miller knew for sure sure there was a gun in the car when Miles got in the car with the shooter and gave him the gun in the car.

No, but I've never heard of someone hiding their gun in someone's car and then for them to get out of the car and not tell the person that their gun is in there.

Probably the guy who walked up to the Jeep and said “I told you I was going to get you.”

No - Hell no

However the line you quoted was: After which he fled the scene after seeing he had just delivered the weapon - even if he didn't know the gun was there before hand.

Which is not a statement of what he,we, you, me would be doing while Miles was firing. It was what he didn't do after seeing his involvement and it's unfortunate result. It's about him playing ostrich and subsequently trying to distance himself from the repercussions of what had happened.
If y'all are going to invest endless hours/days in this topic, can you a minimum get the damn names straight?

I get your point but that is really irrelevant. I havent read all your post about this but I would bet that if this were your daughter that got killed and you found out this basketball player is the reason the gun was there in the first place, would you or would you not have an issue with him not being disciplined at all, such as suspended indefinitely or for a period of time? Whether his role was criminal or not, he did have a role in the murder of that young woman.

The detective said Davis shot first.
quote:

Moments later, Culpepper testified, Davis approached the victims’ car and said, “I told you I was going to get you,’' and then began firing through the driver’s side window of the Jeep.

He fired at least eight shots, some of them while running in an arc from the driver’s side around the back of the vehicle.

It was then, the detective said, that Miller’s Charger was struck by two bullets.

Johnson, the victim’s boyfriend, returned fire, striking Davis in the shoulder.

These are all reported facts which have not been disputed by anyone yet, including Miller’s attorney, the Bama reps, or the DA:

1. Miles has a verbal altercation with the victim’s boyfriend.
2. He texted Miller to bring his joint b/c a n-word was fakin
3. Shortly after that text was sent, Miller arrives with a gun in the back seat of his car.
4. With Miller in the car, Miles and Davis go into the back seat and discuss the location of the gun and that there is a bullet in the chamber
5. Seconds later Davis exits Miller’s car and shoots at least 8 rounds killing Harris.
6. Miller’s windshield is hit with two rounds from either Davis or return fire from the boyfriend.
7. Miller fled the scene.

It is strange, from these facts, that Miller has not been arrested and charged. There may be a legitimate and above board reason, but it is certainly questionable.

As Bama and his attorney have said he is a WITNESS. That is criminal slang for snitch. Turn state evidence. Make a deal. Get protected because of ones status.

No, but I would call the cops for sure. I’m curious if Brandon did that.
