I would file a police report to get my car fixed is what I would do.
Cool.
Who says Miller hasn't?

No, they did not.
They most certainly did find the gun and hoodie in Jahvon Quinerly's apartment.

He may well be culpable, at least in a civil suit, but that is yet to be determined.
As I have said, I suspect they DA feels they cannot prove intent on Miller’s part and thus (along with him being cooperative) have not charged him with anything.
As for the actions he and the others took after the fact, we still don’t know anll the facts and likely will have to wait for the trials and potentially the civil suits to learn them all.

Threads like these are how you know reality is setting in that Miller isn't culpable in any way.
That's horseshite.
the story i'm seeing is that he delivered the weapon and blocked them in so they couldn't leave.
You keep pounding that keyboard though, maybe you can convince someone.

He literally spoke to the police the day of the shooting.
Are you intentionally being an idiot or does it just come naturally to you?

Would you sit idly while bullets were whizzing past your head?
Yeah, especially if the Jeep pulls up behind me (instead of blocking it in, like every lie told about that) and bullets start hitting my car and I can leave by pulling forward and getting the hell out of dodge.

Allegedly.
We don't actually know who fired first. Hence the statement of waiting until the video surveillance footage is released.
Well if Davis approached a car with a gun and the other person started shooting first then that is self defense by the person in the jeep.

How do you know he saw her get shot. She was in the Jeep.
It's not like they were standing in front of him and he saw her hit the ground.

You're the idiot. He didn't speak to the police until after they had to track him down. He didn't go to the police first you dumb frick. He chose to cover for his boys and not report them. He is a piece of shite.

He had a chance to go the police, but chose not to.

Misprision of Felony is a charge very low on the sentencing guidelines that applies if someone has knowledge of a crime and does not report it to authorities. Just saying.

What do you expect him or any5 else in this society to do.... call 911??? He was probably more concerned about getting himself and the shooter out of there. Plus, anyone around there was probably too busy with their phones out to either live stream someone getting shot or recording it to post on the social media outlets of their choice. All in all.... pretty damn disgusting.
