They most certainly did not.
They may have. The report is it was an apartment shared by several basketball players. The gun, though was in Javohn’s brothers room, not Javohn’s. Which I assume is your point and OPs mistake.

My original point still remains the same.

He actually left the scene when some thug shot two rounds into his vehicle, but let's not allow facts to play into your, what, 4 day melt.

Why didn’t he call the police after that happened?

No - Hell no

However the line you quoted was: After which he fled the scene after seeing he had just delivered the weapon - even if he didn't know the gun was there before hand.

Which is not a statement of what he,we, you, me would be doing while Miles was firing. It was what he didn't do after seeing his involvement and it's unfortunate result. It's about him playing ostrich and subsequently trying to distance himself from the repercussions of what had happened.

How do you know he even knew anything happened? There is nothing illegal about driving off to one’s next gun dash delivery after completing the first one.

The police, or DA, has also declined to charge Miller with any crime.

So, we should all be good with their decision, right?

Again, the evidence is clear.

Right?

But Miles didn't fire the gun.

ETA: I get your point. Just pointing out there are a lot of names being tossed around incorrectly by the media.

Hell, People Magazine is reporting Miles retrieved the weapon from the victim's car before shooting it.

This isn't about being charged with a crime, dumb arse. This is about his role on the team after knowing what happened and not caring enough to report it.

Apparently the UA threshold for student discipline is whether or not you are criminally charged.

Depends on the reasoning, which is still very much in question.

Because the police claim the video evidence on the fact of who shot first is clear, then everything else is and should be assumed clear? Is that your argument?

I don’t agree with that logic.

My argument is the police have known this information for over a month now.

They still haven't charged Miller with anything and have subsequently said they have nothing to charge him for.

This is only news now because it became public during a hearing. It's not new evidence being added to the investigation.

I get that you are here to virtue signal and score points from anonymous message board posters on a shitpost forum, but you do know that there will be a trial and all the answers you want right now will eventually come out.

Now if you are wrong, which you probably are, you really can’t walk some of this shite back, not that you care, you can’t get virtue points from strangers for that

Right. And, based on the information released, this is highly questionable. Either there is some clear exculpatory evidence that hasn’t been released (strange that Miller’s attorney didn’t reference this if it exists), Miller is receiving preferential treatment because of his status, Miller is receiving preferential treatment because of his level of cooperation, or some combination of these items.

correct - my bad

It was Davis who shot.

Miller was only trying to help his bud bully the man into giving up his girlfriend for a night of fun.

etc: who was deceased

Not really.

I understand that this board wants that to be true, but that doesn’t make it true.
