We consider ourselves the best baseball program in the country and we field a team every week that looks like they've never played baseball in their life.
It's arguably worse than 2020 football considering expectations.
Nobody expected the 2020 football team to win shite of significance - even before a worldwide pandemic
This baseball team was #1 in the country at one point.

2024 was a down year that didn't result in a deep postseason run. I don't know what the frick this year is.
To compare this season to our 2024 team is as dishonest as saying our 2018 football team was just as bad as our 2020 football team because both didn't make the playoffs.

I need you to relax, brother. Jay Johnson has shown he's a Win-The-Natty-Every-Other-Year coach. This roster will simply be championship caliber next season magically. It really is that simple. You have no right to bitch about our baseball team not being able to hit, catch, throw, etc. the last week of April because we are defending champions. You are spoiled.

Best coach on campus, but this is arguably the worst coaching job of the big 3 sports this year considering expectations . Kelly had a hurt QB, and McMahon lost his best player
