The way Cignetti didn’t give Mendoza a chance at the end of the half gave off Michigan and JJ McCarthy vibes. The dude has been a stud, how do you not let him try and get you three there?

Here’s the commercial of the morbidly obese guy. No fat shaming. Bert should have landed that role

Nah. This game is over. Miami cannot run the ball and Beck is not good enough as a runner or passer.

What is the goal of the QB running out the fake run after a handoff on read option, etc? What are they trying to accomplish?

Little bit of a delayed melt:
It fricking sucks to have been in the red zone twice against this Miami defense and come away with 3 points.

Had there ever been a QB that has had the least amount of importance in a title game? He’s just taking up a spot on the field. No good no bad. Literally existing

Because immediately making it obvious you don’t have the ball is an immediate tell

So trick the defense into thinking you have the ball?
So Cignetti can shut the hell up.

I remember when Trent Dilfer won a Super Bowl and they gave him the MVP simply because they could not give it to Ray Lewis.
