Big top 10 SEC match,

Live scores Miss State won doubles

They are the only SEC school to not have a men's tennis program

SEC Men's Tennis rankings update

Posted by Utah_CUtiger on 3/11/26 at 5:05 pm
the new ITA rankings were released yesterday and here is how the SEC stacks up:

Full Top 75

3 Texas
6 LSU
7 Mississippi State
11 Texas A&M
12 Georgia
13 Vanderbilt
14 South Carolina
18 Auburn
22 Florida
23 Ole Miss
28 Oklahoma
33 Kentucky
39 Arkansas
50 Alabama
59 Tennessee

Very strong season for the league so far. 13 of the 15 teams would be in the NCAA tournament in these rankings. 7 of the top 14 teams in the nation and 10 top 25 teams.

Each week is a battle, with most matches going right down to the wire and the last court at 4-3. Nobody is safe either.

Just last week Alabama stunned Georgia. Bama went from unranked to #50 with the win and UGA fell from #8 to #12. Ole Miss also upset Vandy to jump from #37 all the way to #23.
I think he means freeze up and get tight when trying to close out a match
interesting. I don't know of many LSU tennis fans. I was at NCAAs in Waco last year
which is wild because that guy had been the MVP of the year in the country before this match with several big wins for Texas this year
im one of the biggest college tennis fans you will find lol
MASSIVE from the freshman. Gorzny had been playing some of the best tennis in the country
College tennis at its absolute best right here. Tune into the court 1 stresm!
Olaf fights back to knot it at 5-5 after being down 3-5
LSU needs a comeback at one of the remaining courts.
Gonna come down to the wire. Looking like Court #1 may decide it
Close match. Who’s following this?
Bigtime match for the men tonight in Austin against the #2 and indoor champ Texas longhorns.

starting now
I think LSU is till for real but playing in Athens just hit them unaware. Also the first outdoor match of the year after the indoor championships. Plus being #5 puts a big target on the back. The way the tennis rankings work a big ranked win is worth a lot. Like UGA will now jump from 33 to #13 just because of that win.
Yeah the only rule is you can't directly yell at players in the middle of points.

Of course people kind of scurry around the rules by shouting for another player on another court in the middle of a point.
Go to a college tennis match sometime. It's not quiet at all. There's six matches going on at once and players get very vocal.
