Sorry your band can't fight.

Auburn kicker Damon Duval decided it was time to start warming up while the LSU band was still performing their halftime show. When he started kicking in the middle of the performance and members inevitably started marching into him, he started pushing people until his teammates and the LSU drum major deescalated things.

so this is what happened, but LSU fan says............

AU fans and Miami fans are seriously one in the same. Both are trash thugs that will physically attack you just because their shite team lost yet another game. It absolutely sickens me. I’m glad us LSU fans handle losses with dignity and respect.

I couldn't get past this. Must have watched a different game. Sorry arse fans are at every school but this is downright criminal and hope they prosecute.

Never had a problem with Miami fans. Player's antics have been cringeworthy, but the fans seem to just want to have a good time.

I have, however, seen WVU fans start multiple fights. Phillies and Saints fans are also rude AF. The most football related violence I've seen is between Alabama and Auburn fans. Not talking about fights with other teams' fans - just between themselves, and almost exclusively between people who are otherwise friendly if not real friends.

Canes fans really are the shittiest group in CFB.

They start fights everywhere they go. Pure trash.

How can you stand there with a metal weapon in your hand and let some trashy Miami fan assault you and your friends?
Brain a couple of those morons with a trombone and it ends real quick

Sadly, this isn't even unusual for games against that sorry excuse for a learning institution. I was at the 2008 game in Gainesville, and more than 300 of their "fans" were getting arrested before, during, and after the game for assaults. But I guess that's what you can expect from such a soft fan base; even the "adults" are really little more than petulant children... whole program is Charmin.

I know it's too small of a sample size to mean anything but every Miami alum I know simply loathes the football team and wants it ended. All SEC schools have their legions of sidewalkers, (I'm one), but Miami is really unique in that near 100% of their fans are either sidewalkers or former players.

(Three, plus a wedding in the 2000s where the bride's father and his group were all 'Canes and this was a big topic of conversation at the bar.)

Went to Orlando a couple of years ago when WVU played Miami. This does not surprise me with Miami fans. Probably one of the worst experiences with opposing fans I have ever had. Miami fans were hostile from the get-go. There was no reasoning with them or being nice to them. (My group just tried to ignore them). It seemed some of them only came to the game to pick fights with people. I literally did not interact with even one sane, friendly Miami fan. Not one. I truly do not care if WVU ever plays them again.

frick them

It just what they do in Miami, college and pro. Its normal fan activity there. Every state has a city like that. Occasionally they let small children get in on the action.

I believe this game set the record for most fans removed or arrested during the game. If I remember correctly, close to 200 fans were removed from the stadium during the game.
