Not sure we watched the same game, looked to me like Mac had open receivers all night in the short-middle depth passing game.

Meyers is a pretty good receiver and Agholor is an acceptable two.
Not the best but not the worst.

I don't follow NFL enough; what on earth happened to their OL? I thought it was at least respectable in recent years.

Think about it. The Patriots are one of the worst rushing teams in the NFL. Mac Jones is throwing more often than almost anyone. He's taking a hit every other play, and his receivers get no separation.
His OL is basically forcing him to run the equivalent of an air raid offense.

The BB Experiment is to have Jones throw short safe passes and have the Defense keep the game close. The opposition Ds are allowing those easy underneath passes because they know it is difficult to sustain long drives without having a deep threat or a running game. NE's opponents record is 6-10 with 3 of those wins being against NE. Jones has not completed a deep ball (25 yards down field) all season and his two Ints came from passes in the 15 yard range. His percentages will continue to be high because the other teams are willing to give that to him. Even last night against a team with 3 DB starters out of the game, he couldn't complete a ball down field. When he tried he took a sack. That was the biggest reason why the Bucs were able to win.

Speaking of try hard pussies, here's another one.

Yeah, I like Mac's potential but I don't get the suckoff fest for last night's game. Bucs were actually missing all four DB starters at the end of the game, and they still gave up the least points they have given up all season. And it was a road game with seven of the points being scored on a trick play TD thrown by a wideout.
Points allowed by Tampa this year:
Week 1: 29
Week 2: 25
Week 3: 24
Week 4: 17

“He looks like a baby Tom," Patriots receiver Kendrick Bourne said of Jones.

Which one ?
Doesn't matter, either of his two babies could have completed most of the passes Jones completed last night. Maybe even tried to throw a pass more than 10 yards downfield.

Never change, SkyKing!
The board needs informed fools around here that continually talk out of their arse and are nearly always wrong....the rest of us have gotta have somebody to laugh at!
By the way, most folks will take the opinion of an NFL player who actually has caught passes from the QBs over one of an airplane teacher, so........

What dumbass would think he would make a comment otherwise ? You think he would question BB game plan? The play calling? The inability to throw down field? Only a Superstar WR would have the guts to say otherwise. You are clueless to the real world. Lol.

Your obsession with Mac Jones is really strange.

Patriots hit gold with this kid. 4.0 GPA, he will only get better. Mean while the 49’rs fell to the woke crowd and took one play Trey.
Let’s see how this plays out.
Got to say although I think Lawrence will eventually be best out of this class.

Has nothing to do with Jones. It is just amazing at what Bama fans are seeing and how Belicheck arrogance is going to take the Pats to a 5-12 season.

Looks like you and BillieT need to get a room together and commiserate with each other over your tragic weekend. I'm sure some cuddling and spooning will get you girls back into a better mood.
