Most them don't have lectric, or running water, so this weekend will just be a cold day for most them.
I know some of the bigger cities have power and water to the more rich neighborhoods, and yeah I feel for them folks, but just across the street there's plenty of trailers with those metal drums they use for wood stoves, so I'm sure they're going to be fine.
As far as Louisiana, ever since the welfare checks went electronic,the mail truck and slick roads don't matter anymore.
