No. It's sickening. Bottom line is an innocent man lost his life and the blame rest solely on the one charged and no one else. Adults are responsible for their actions. END OF STORY.

Google is your friend - just google Missouri football players arrested - give you all you need - like your players don’t smoke weed, drive fast, fight, sexual assault, do hard drugs, assault people, etc. People who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw rocks. It’s just funny to point to one team but it’s alright. Y’all never paid money for players either before NIL right?

It really bothers me how this board uses death or destruction of life to troll other schools . That's a flawed personality trait that the board shares

Yep, these guys who try to troll LSU and the State of Louisiana about crime don't like when you point out they have the same issues.

I guess I understand it if the player or whatever was directly involved, I don't understand things like blaming BK for the kid being killed in the lift incident.
That's using a death in a tragic accident and then reaching, just to troll.

Hopefully he never experiences a day as a player ever again.
This is the worst type of crime and has ramifications that are unimaginable. In 2001, the night before Hurricane Ida made landfall here in Louisiana, my brother was a victim of a hit and run. He was walking and hit by a driver then left for dead. He passed soon after. I try not to let it get to me anymore but can't help but think that the person who did it walks freely and may even have crossed paths with us since. Such a helpless infuriating feeling.

I am just hearing about this and haven’t read anything about it yet. I am assuming alcohol was involved. Unfortunately this will happen with young people over and over. I sure hope it never happens in my family.

For the record, not downplaying Lacy’s role in this, but never swerve left.
The driver of the car swerved left into oncoming traffic when the truck ahead of him slammed on his brakes to not be hit by Lacy. That action of swerving left put the driver on the wrong side of the road resulting in a head on collision with another vehicle.

This 100%. I’ve said it on here before, and will continue to maintain, some things transcend sports. Topics involving loss of life, failure of marriage, terminal sickness, and harm (physical or otherwise) to children should all be off limits for trolling. There were people making comments on how the New Orleans tragedy would impact the game just a week ago. Agree it is bizarre, and frankly, I find it disgusting.
