LSU, Please don’t screw us again this year

When we faced off against y'all last year in Game 5, you were 4-0 and on the strength of your big win against Clemson, y'all were ranked #4. Beating you propelled us from top 15 into the top 5, and was our signature win.
But you let us down. A loss to Vandy started a 3-game skid that dropped you completely out of the rankings, and robbed us of our only signature win. We’ll be forever grateful to Tulane for stepping up and replacing you, but it took a road win against the Sooners for us to hang on to a home playoff game.
So please, don’t let us down again this year. Just because you hate us, don’t tank your season to diminish the value of our win over you. We’re pulling for you the rest of the way. Geaux Tigahs.

Over the last 50 years, how many SEC or National championships does Ole Miss have? Is that LSU’s fault too?

The logic here is funny, basically begging your rival to be good enough to make you look good. That's a rough position to be in.
