At least LSU does something every now and then when they have a truly solid team. When are programs like Ole Miss going to win a championship? How about an SEC championship? If Indiana can pull it off, a team like Ole Miss should. They have the momentum, better coaches supposedly, best player . Time to shite are get off the pot!!
I actually pulled for Ole Miss and MS St several years ago when they both were ranked in the top five. LSU that year was mediocre at best. I was tired seeing Alabama winning all the time and wanted someone different to win the SEC that year. Of course they both shite the bed. One against Alabama, and one against mediocre LSU. No excuses this year.

It’s funny a TX fan knows more about Saban and LSU than anyone. The fact is LSU gave Saban the first crack at the SEC. LSU with Dinardo beat Saban’s Michigan ST team just a few years prior at the Independence Bowl . LSU saw potential and Saban saw potential in LSU. I know the false narrative is to believe Alabama discovered Saban. NOBODY on this rant has ever asked the question would Alabama ever hired Saban if he never coached at LSU and was successful? He was not successful at Michigan ST.

Have they won a national championship in anything recently? Yes their football team won a lot of games with nothing to show for it. Baseball team is good. When was their last natty?

I believe most LSU fans are not upset about the Manning’s not playing for LSU. None of them won a NC in college and LSU has had success with the QB position for a while now.

I don’t believe LSU was #1 in baseball in 2021. Tennessee was #1 last year and chocked. LSU fans aren’t denying Tennessee had a great team last year, y’all just didn’t do nothing. 2021 LSU probably should of got out of that regional but LSU was not a juggernaut that year.
