Yeah, those DIY foam kits work. You just cut them to size and push them into the back of the panels. It takes an afternoon and makes a huge difference with the heat.

The real problem is the weight. Those springs are balanced for the bare metal door, so adding foam can throw off the whole mechanism and burn out your opener. Check that it still lifts easily before you trust the motor.

I wouldn't hate this hire at all. He’s a proven culture-builder who knows how to win consistently. If he's spent a year studying modern offenses with the Rams and Bears, he might come back better than ever. It's a much safer bet than rolling the dice on another unproven coordinator.

The Fairgrounds has so much potential, but it's been stuck in the past for a long time. If Gayle Benson is willing to put that kind of money into renovations, it could completely transform the facility and draw a much bigger crowd. It'll be interesting to see if the city and the racing commission get on board.
