Honestly I think we have a better record even if max johnson just starts the season. Doesn’t change the fact we’re we’re operating with very limited resources

It doesn’t include any Aggie players that have opted out so I don’t see why it would include players from the LSU’s team.

Pretty sure those “talent rankings” are still including players that opted out and didn’t even play this season.

It was updated on 11/9. How many players opted out after that that didn't play?

Yes coaching sucked, but to say that was the only issue we struggled with is so intellectually dishonest

Where did I say that it was the only issue?

Now you sound like a little jealous high school girl. You're one of the best posters on this board. You're way better than this.

Did A&M have 7-50 talent?

But I agree, the program is in great shape.

LSU has recruited T5 for years on end. This is a legitimate question

Look at the 2018 class, the guys who were juniors this year. LSU finished 5th or 6th in the SEC that year. That class also included guys that opted out early, transferred, etc: T Marshall, K Joseph, J Chase, D Cotton, T Moore, T Provens, etc. Very little of that class is still at LSU currently.

IMO he is one of the better ones on this board but it seems like he is way more touchy of late.

Wait, a dumbfounded Aggie trolling LSU?

LOL, Aggies are the lousiest excuse of a decent football program.

Please remind me what the Aggies have EVER won.

You Ags continue to give us more to laugh about.

This board has been especially terrible lately. I haven’t posted nearly as much. The alters and trolls have turned the board into literally nothing but shitposting.

There used to be some modicum of legitimate discussion. Not so much anymore. It’s annoying

Yes, BUT we barely covered the minimum needed to field a team the last two games.

Injuries, quitters and guys chasing the NFL dream literally left us 30 players short.

Take 30 players from $$$$$ and see how he does.

Call it like I see it. I mentioned this team talent ranking on Tiger Rant and people flipped out when I said we had the talent to hang with A&M

You can't take facts and logic to Tiger Rant.

This is a fair answer

I mean I see this posted all the time but it seems like its about the same as always. It goes in waves for sure but I'm not posting as much lately so maybe thats just me.

This year has frustrated alot of people for legit reasons.

They acted like I was trying to say that LSU should win the A&M game or that I was saying we shouldn't lose. We held our own in that game just like we should have. I wasn't even all that disappointed in how we played.

Before the season I said 7-3. Win the 6 we were supposed to win and pull off one upset vs the other 4. Had the coaching been better on defense vs MSU and Mizzou that's exactly what we would have done. Hell, with the injury to Brennan I would have been happy with 6-4. It's not as if I'm making some outlandish statements here.

I agree.

If Max plays that entire game we have a great shot at winning.

Of course, most of them anointed Finley as the next Tom Brady after South Carolina.

ETA: I said it several times during the season, we had the talent to beat anyone on the schedule, we were also playing bad enough to lose to all of them.

There isn't going to be much discussion right now

Auburn setting records for futility in their coaching search
Tennessee turning themselves into the NCAA to try and fire their coach
LSU firing everyone except the actual problem

This is a great time for making fun of the competition. Actual discussion will happen later.

I mean I don’t know when terrace and Gilbert opted out if it was before or after that date, but I do know that ranking has Myles Brennan, who couldn’t play, Derek Stingley who was injured like all season, and honestly we just had an incredible number of injuries. Am I disappointed with 5-5 l? Sure. But looking at what we had I’m not surprised.

I still maintain that any ranking system that says our 68 man roster is better than UF’s 85 man roster is inherently flawed
