LSU better realize that all 16 Presidents signed the agreement. The lawsuits are from individual players, not the university. If LSU wants to play them, they can.
Senator Cruz and Cantwell, co sponsors of the PCSA, are certainly watching what’s transpiring. They certainly are having conversations with Sankey, Petiti and other p4 commissioners.
I predict language will be written into the new bill in favor of the P4 leagues on this matter. I believe the bill will become law when congress reconvenes.
