It was the right call, but I've never seen a defensive pass interference call reversed. Truly awful and embarrassing behavior from a bunch of entitled babies in the stands. They did their best to look worse than the team they were rooting for and almost accomplished that.
In the game, total domination, total arse kicking. Ewers looked awful and held it too long, but that's because receivers weren't getting open, and our tackles were getting abused half the time anyway. Sark got outcoached once again in a big game. Those were the same plays we've seen all year. They worked brilliantly against scrubs but had no chance against a Georgia defense that could pin it's ears back and be aggressive because they didn't fear the deep shot from our timid and shell shocked QB.
The whole thing sucked arse, apart from a good defensive performance from a unit that was put in bad positions all night by Sark's ineptitude.. Congratulations Georgia.

TBH it didn't shock me because we have a decade of terrible calls and equally- bad no-calls from refs in our sordid history of big games vs Alabama. It sucks in the moment, but we're almost kind of numb to it.

I hate texass but I have to agree with texass. If there was any penalty it was Offensive PI. So how in the world did the ref call defensive PI??? Let’s hear that explanation….
As far as Kirby whining now. He should hope refs always reverse bad call. Otherwise it might hurt his team in the future. And if bad calls become normal there no longer is the game of football….
