I would say that's a depth thing would you? Most teams have backups a smidge worse than the starters that recruit at a high level. I'd say teams like Indiana and TT are a few Injuries away from disaster..maybe that's why

I mean he help get them to the playoffs.

Even if they get stomped by OSU they got their money's worth.

That said...Beck is a mediocre college QB. Has all the physical traits of a pro but not sure about upstairs.

He has a great way of looking like absolute trash at times.

Beck is a weird QB tbh. Not sure what to expect when he takes the field

Yes....I truly believe the sec as a whole is just not that good this year.

Bama and UGA are again cream of the crop but both have flaws. Big tens top 3 prob beat sec top 3 2 out of 3 times.

I mean nil and the portal have all but leveled the playing field

This is a super telling chart.

It proves that there are two paths you can go down....develop talent or steal talent. Either way it can get you to the show. Interesting to see if this trend continues
