“Lead” is not actually wrong, as it is what the word originally was. But so that it would not be mistaken for “lead” (pronounced led) used in the printing process, the spelling was altered. So “lede” is actually an alternate spelling of “lead”.

It was all interesting, and had about a 1% chance of being true, until they hypothesized that the media was against ivermectin because it would rid people of the parasites that made them gay. The media certainly was not aware of the idea that parasites made homos gay.

I talked to Macron a couple of years ago when he was in New Orleans, and based on that, I’d guess he swings both ways, and that’s being generous.
