I don’t agree with that. I think the odds of LSU making the playoffs were good. But it’s unrealistic to think they would seriously contend for the championship in Lane’s first season.

Yours might be a very rational position depending on your driving patterns. I have an EV and I never drive it so far that I have to recharge on the road. When mine gets low I plug it in that evening and it is recharged in the morning.
My wife drives a gigantic ICE extended Denali SUV. If I ever had to drive a long way I’d use that. But in the almost three years I’ve had this EV I have not had to go that far.

My nephew just told me a story about the mother of his best friend. He said that when he met her she was on a host of medicines, walked with a walker, and slept in a hospital bed in their living room. She was about 100 pounds overweight. She was in her early forties.
She lost her medical coverage and could no longer afford the medicines. In the next two years she lost all of that weight, her various sicknesses and pains all went away, and she no longer needed a walker.
It’s been 20 years since then. The lady is in her 60’s now, fit and trim, plays tennis and remarried. Her whole life turned around because she was forced off all the prescription drugs that some dumb doctors had prescribed. (I want to clarify that I have a lot of respect for the 25% to 35% of doctors who are highly competent.)

I disagree. I’m looking at the NCAA champs from the last few years and I see zero who did it that way. Indiana was a build. They were 11-2 the season before they won it. Ohio State, Michigan, Georgia? Where are your one year rebuilds?
