Subtle difference between the perfection of simplicity (Alabama) and the other two.
I don't know the science behind it, but maroon just is a ho-hum color.

Both? I feel like that game should always be all-white vs all-maroon. Having the same color helmets and pants doesn't look good... Plus I think both teams have decent all-white uniforms

By far the most attractive combo. Of course, the red and blue makes every other team color look better when matched.

I hated our 2010 uniforms. Too much pipe and stripe. It looked awful

This piqued my interest and got me to thinking of any time Auburn has worn white jerseys against LSU because of the home whites LSU wears. The only picture I've been able to find that it ever actually happened was the 1988 earthquake game.
So has anybody gotten to wear whites against LSU since they changed the rule? I know they usually break out an alternate uni for some cupcakes once or twice a year. But do they play all conference games in their whites?

In 1983 the NCAA mandated all home teams wear dark jerseys. Lsu and Georgia tech wore white at home. The rule was changed in 95 to where a home team could wear white IF the visitors agreed. Spurrier used to tell LSU no so they busted out a gold jersey. Now the home team can wear whatever just like prior to 83.
For whatever reason south Carolina wore white in Columbia in 05 when we played. Only time besides lsu or ga tech that we've worn crimson on the road.
As far as ugliest, I hate when we play Arkansas. Our best uniform game is when we play Tennessee in Knoxville. Next would be the iron bowl unis in Tuscaloosa. Ole miss and LSU is THE best uniform game. Especially when ole miss wears red jerseys. I think the tradition of games mentioned has a lot to do with it.

I do not like the , maroon, burgundy, crimson, garnet, merlot; whatever you want to call it color on any team... I just don’t.
