Les, would you be in favor of Ohio State-Michigan ended their series to bend over for new Big Ten members in the future?

In CLM's defense (as best I can)...not an issue. 9 game slate in B1G, as with PAC12 and ACC. Probably B12 if they get 2 other members.
+++++++++++++++
EDIT
B1G currently 8 game slate...I thought they went to 9...they do this in 2017

LSU has never, ever, ever wanted to play the day after Thanksgiving, but the SEC forces us to.

I'm pretty sure you could play it whenever the frick you wanted...you just wouldn't get the tv revenue.

And espn hates you.

I can't believe Les doesn't want to watch Bama beat the dog shite out of Tennesee for the next decade, I'm mean that's what rivalries are all about

it's simple, put Bama and auburn in the East, Mizzou and A&M in the West, and everybody keeps there rivalry. That is the MOST IMPORTANT THING, RIVALRYS!

If you aren't for that, you're a scared p*ssy.

Sounds good. We'll make Alabama & Florida LSU's permanent cross-division opponents and be done with it.

I just think having 6 teams in one division and 8 in the other would be strange, but it could work.

LSU played at Vandy the week before, LSU won 7-6 after Vandy went for 2. What a great game it was.

Incorrect, Vandy was going to go for 2 but had 2 straight delay of game penalties. Then LSU blocked the 30 yard PAT. I was there...and Cecil broke his leg that game.

Placing teams in divisions without regard to balance worked for Major League Baseball.

He probably didn't think it out. AU/UA switches with Mizzou/UK or Vandy. I don't think it happens. Two more teams from the east region may well happen within next 5 years.

Was Tulane in the conference when the Rivalry ended? had Tulane remained a decent football school and in the SEC, do you really think that rivalry would be ended?

I like how he shut up after this.

Pretty much every argument out of him, in this thread, was incorrect. I think the only thing right was that LSU plays UF

I think he might just be one of the LSU fans that believe football began when saban came to LSU

I though that earlier, but his backtracking reeks of just plain ignorance.

We like to believe that football started being played in 2000

I think a good thread would be what year would you want the history of football to begin that would maximize your team's resume while gouging the eye out of the teams you hate.
