That just seems very unprofessional to complain about stuff like that when you’re doing the game coverage. I know I’d be embarrassed if Blair talked like that

I love the fact that you went home bitching about refs while we went home and had the prom queen.

Thanks for the clip...I had to listen to most of the game but from paying mixed attention to the last of it, I said that the PI call was a makeup call for the play before where they didn't call it. I thought that play looked more worthy of a PI call than the one that was called but I think both could/should have been called.

Oh man. I can't believe I forgot to turn on these clowns toward the end of the LSU game. It's a guarantee, in every close game, they are going to whining and crying like little school girls about the refs. It makes me happy. AU has NEVER committed a penalty and every game is a conspiracy against AU.

It's gold Jerry! Gold!

I'm gonna go listen and be washed in their tears. Lol

To say “that’s not a penalty” would be incorrect. There is merit in the “that may be a penalty but I don’t like it being called right there”

There’s merit in saying “these are the rules of the game but if the game is on the line they don’t apply”?

Those two are embarrassing. Guess they missed the bad calls on LSU in the first half.

Rod and Stan have become a little too complainy.

Have become?

They've always been this way. I've been laughing at these clowns for as long as I can remember. They are fan boys, not professionals.

I hope they stay at AU for many years to come. Listening to them whine is a great part of my college football experience.

That’s actually pretty embarrassing. Both PI calls on the last drive were plain as day.

The style of play from Auburn hasn't changed, they are just being called for it now. These guys just don't get it.

You're exactly right. Auburn AND LSU have played very physical in the secondary for a long time with a great deal of success. I personally like the way they're coached along that line. Most officials prefer NOT to have to make a call so if it's physical in the secondary from the beginning, they'll generally call the game loosely over the course of the entire game.....and even if not, the penalty is only 15 yards. Most wide receivers aren't accustomed to the physicality and are taken out of their game.
Bottomline, if you're gonna defend the pass like that, you've gotta accept the calls when they DO come.

That’s beautiful. Listening to that is like watching a beautiful woman wash her car in short shorts and a tube top. I can’t not pay attention and it gives me a stiffy.

Yeah, that was fantastic. Thanks for the post!

Good Post and I said as much in the in-game thread.

AU's DB's are very aggressive in jamming and getting hands on the WR's. Noticed it last year in the Iron Bowl too. Better to take a 15 year PI than let Bama's 5*'s get behind you. They are very aggressive and that's OK. That's just Steele and good defensive coaching. They got away with a lot of what could have been called PI's but as you point out, can't complain when it refs catch one and throw a flag.

Thanks for posting. This is what I was looking for.

I may need to start listening to them every time Auburn is losing.

This shite is gold. I was in my garage and my neighborhood is of course, mainly Alabama fans. I had the radio on and could hear the cheering from houses around me as LSU was driving. When the kick was good I heard a roar go up from houses around me. I couldn't hear the radio over the folks.
Guy that lives right next door comes out "Auburn just went down, haha, Auburn just went down". Great moment.
