It was the Jaxson Dart trying to chip the edge rusher that got the announcers really excited!

What was he supposed to say, “id have lost also”. Was he asked this or did he volunteer his opinion? Framing of the question would come into play

This little bitch will never get over the fact that Pete fricking Golding took Lane’s team and beat Georgia in the same season Lane couldn’t get it done.
The inconvenient truth is that Ole Miss forced Georgia to punt 4 times in the rematch, and 0 in the first game. Perhaps that was the on the road vs neutral site difference, I don't know.
Kiffin clearly has a problem going for it on 4th and short, which Pete also did vs Georgia, converting 1 of 2. He failed on a 4th and 1 and converted on a 4th and 3.
Sad Ole Miss fans try to paint Pete as type of hero for kicking field goals on 4th & 10 in an indoor game, like Lane would never do that or something

Funny considering the very players he was supposed to be coaching, didnt want him coaching.

Ole Miss fans are simply talking about the perception that Lane goes for it on fourth down a lot. We’re not saying it actually happens today. But it has in the past.

Maybe one day Lane will get to coach a playoff game and we can all finally see how he handles those situations.

Can you point to a game where he did that last year? I'd like to research it.

What were they?
So much for you doing research.

They probably would've beaten Miami at least.
As it stands, Ole Miss has never ever played in a football championship game while even Mississippi State has.

Why? Show your work. Miami was simply better than we were up front. That’s hard to overcome in a playoff scenario.

Which doesn't change the fact that Ole Miss has never ever played in a football championship game while even Mississippi State has.

You’ll notice I didn’t disregard that part. Just the fully wrong thing you snuck in with it.

Show your work for how Lane would’ve beaten Miami. Are you dense?

Show your work for your claims. Are you dense?

The game was played. What the frick are you talking about? You have an alternate history you believe.

You don't know the difference between opinion and fact. "Fake news!"

I don't doubt it that he goes for it a lot on 4th and short, but I doubt he's ever constantly went for it on 4th and 5+, which is where Pete kicked those field goals.
I'm saying I don't think those decisions look drastically different if Lane is in charge because the analytics say to kick there almost 100% of the time. Especially in an indoor, neutral site game.

Just looking at statistics, I'm not rewatching the games.

The play-by-play is also on the internet.
Ya know….for your research.
